PURPOSE: To realize the cut of stock amounts, the shortage of the period of from order through order-reception to shipping, and the cut of order amounts by operating order by putting together the order-reception.

CONSTITUTION: The order receiving amounts of merchandise are compared with the stock amounts (24), and when the order receiving amounts are less than the stock amounts, the merchandise is shipped from the stock (25). When the order receiving amounts are more than the stock amounts, the sum of the stock amounts and order unarrival amounts are compared with the order receiving amounts (31), and when the order receiving amounts are less than the sum, the pertinent merchandise are shipped (32). When the order receiving amounts are more than the sum, amounts corresponding to the surplus are used as the order amounts (34-37). Therefore, at the time of the order, the unarrival amounts are considered, so that a lead time from the order to the shipping can be shortened, and a time in which the merchandise is stored in a storehouse can be shortened. Thus, an operation in the small storehouse can be attained.
