In the merchandise sample exhibition apparatus for exhibiting the merchandise samples in a merchandise sample storage space 12 of a front door in an automatic vending machine, it is equipped with: the light source 7 for illuminating the merchandise samples; and a support member 2 for supporting the merchandise samples, the light source 7 obtains the power supply by being connected to lead wire for supplying power to merchandise selection buttons in the automatic vending machine, the merchandise samples are supported to the support member 2, the light source 7 is lit by connecting the light source 7 to the lead wire for supplying power to merchandise selection buttons in the automatic vending machine, the merchandise samples are illuminated by the light source 7 to make the merchandise samples conspicuous and thus, an exhibition work of the merchandise samples is facilitated and the power supply of the light source is secured without using the complicated configurations.
