A flexible merchandise suspension sheet 1 includes: a hook piece 20 for suspending the merchandise; and a pair of fitting pieces 21 which are formed at the both sides of the hook piece 20 so as to pressurize the merchandise suspended from the hook piece 20 against the surface of the sheet. The hook piece 20 includes: a head part 20a arranged at the distal end of the piece 20; and a body part 20b for connecting the head part 20a to the root of the hook piece 20. The body part 20b has a horizontal width being smaller than that of the head part 20a at the connection part to the head part 20a, and being larger than that of the head part 20a at the root of the hook piece 20. The width is continuously increased from the connection part to the head part 20a toward the root of the hook piece 20.
