Abstract:
To provide sheets having a remarkably excellent and advantageous effect of skin regeneration and re-epithelialization ability compared to conventional dressings used for epidermolysis bullosa, and to provide methods for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A sheet containing a mesenchymal stem cells-hydrogel biodegradable or non-degradable support has highly active stem cells, which are directly applied as it is to the affected area of a patient with epidermolysis bullosa without isolation process using proteolytic enzymes, and extracellular substrate such as collagen, laminin, fibronectin, and elastin which are secreted from mesenchymal stem cells are completely adhered to and present in the hydrogel, in the culture stage, showing a remarkably excellent and advantageous effect of skin regeneration and re-epithelialization ability.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
