Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a mesh for analyzing a substance contained in a composite material, more suitably than conventional arts.SOLUTION: A mesh forming section includes: a step S10 of acquiring a CT image; a step S12 of forming a mesh surface of a fiber based on an image analysis result of the CT image; a step S14 of defining the mesh surface that is the mesh surface of the fiber and indicates a contact surface of the fiber and a resin as a mesh surface on a resin side (inner mesh surface), in other words, sharing the mesh surface indicating the fiber and the mesh surface indicating the resin; a step S16 of forming an outer surface being a range to be analyzed of a composite material formed of the fiber and the resin by a plurality of triangle patches to form an outer mesh surface, where in the outer mesh surface, a cross-sectional region of the fiber in the outer surface is excluded; and a step S18 of dividing a space between the outer mesh surface and the inner surface into a plurality of analysis regions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
