Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the flexibility and the elasticity while ensuring a desired electric characteristic in order to simplify the expansion and the mirror finished surface adjustment.
CONSTITUTION: A mesh 12 is made by weaving fiber bundles 11 each formed by twisting plural conductive fibers 10 for a mesh material used to form the mesh mirror finished surface so as to ensure the highly accurate expansion and the desired flexibility and elasticity for realizing the highly accurate mirror finished surface adjustment without causing a damage to the conductive fibers 10.
