To spread a mesh mirror surface in a prescribed shape without obstructing a truss structure by the fixed point reaction force of the mesh mirror surface by providing stand-off constituted of a highly rigid material on the vertex of the mirror surface outermost peripheral part of the truss structure and providing the stand-off constituted of a cable material on the other.
Among the stand-off for fixing a reinforcing cable 2 and a back surface cable 4 at the vertex of the respective modules of the truss structure, the stand-off 7a constituted of the highly rigid material made of CFRP is provided on the plural vertexes of the mirror surface outermost peripheral part and the stand-off 7b constituted of the cable material is provided on the other vertexes. Thus, among reaction force from a mesh 1 generated at the connection point of a cable and the truss structure immediately before development end, the reaction force in a tangent direction to the mirror surface acts only on the vertexes of the mirror surface outermost peripheral part of the truss structure. Also, among the reaction force acting on the vertex of the internal module of the truss structure, since the component force in the tangent direction to the mirror surface is small, truss development force is not obstructed.
