Abstract:
To provide a light-weight and high-strength mesh sheet formed by stacking multilayer tapes involving a carbon fiber layer and a thermoplastic resin layer in a multi-axial direction and fixing intersections, having good air permeability and flexibility.SOLUTION: In a mesh sheet formed by stacking in a multi-axial direction a plurality of multilayer tapes arranged parallel to each other with gaps therebetween and fixing intersections, the multilayer tape includes at least one layer of a carbon fiber layer and a plurality of thermoplastic resin layers, thermoplastic resin layers are provided on both surfaces of the multilayer tape, the carbon fiber layer is obtained by opening and flattening carbon fiber multifilaments and arranging the same in one direction, the thickness of the carbon fiber layer is 10-200 μm, the thickness of the thermoplastic resin layer is 5-100 μm, the thickness of the multilayer tape is 0.03-0.5 mm, and the width of the multilayer tape is 1-20 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
