Abstract:

To provide a meshing chain type advancing/retreating operation apparatus, effectively using a plate face inner region of a chain storing guide plate and preventing increase of chain contact noise.

A chain storing track 142R has five curve start points SR1 to SR5. A plurality of remainders Ti, calculated by dividing the length Xi (i=1, 2, 3, 4, 5) of a chain storing track part occupying from the curve start points SR1 to SR5 to an out-of meshing position O by a pitch P, are mutually different from each other.
