PURPOSE: To simplify the operation of a message by forming a selecting condition specifying part indicating a property to be included in a destination object in message destination specifying information and transmitting all objects satisfying the condition.

CONSTITUTION: When a destination instance object name is not indicated in a message outputted from a user console 20, an information is sent from a message processing part 31 to a selecting processing part 32 to select the destination. The processing part 32 retrieves an instance object satisfying the specification of a selecting condition 35 indicated by the message by scanning an object control table 33 and informs the retrieved instance object name to the processing part 31 to transfer the message to the specific destination.
