To allow a message sender to specify a terminal of a message destination for performing efficient message exchange.
From each of terminals such as a PC 3 in use by each registered user, an in-vehicle machine 4, and a cellular phone 5 to an information processing server 2, a specific terminal ID allocated to each terminal is transmitted periodically. In the information processing server 2, the terminal in use by each registered user is specified on the basis of the received terminal ID and creates used terminal information assembling current terminal usage conditions by the respective registered users to transmit it to the respective terminals. In each of the terminals, a display screen based on the used terminal information is displayed. In this way, each registered user can grasp the terminal currently used by the other registered user by referring to a display screen displayed in the terminal in use currently, and the terminal of the message destination can be specified uniquely.
