PURPOSE: To improve customer service of financial institution by rewriting medium information of a customer medium by means of a host computer and reading and displaying message information corresponding to the rewritten contents by means of an automatic device.

CONSTITUTION: The system is provided with a means storing a plurality of message information and a means rewriting medium information receiving the direction of rewriting the medium information of a customer medium 2. A host computer 3 specifies the required message information according to customer's medium information and transaction information, and sends the direction of rewriting medium information of the customer medium 2 to the automatic device 1. The automatic device 1 reads out a message corresponding to the medium information from the recorded message information, to be displayed for a customer.
