CONSTITUTION: When a call comes from a subscriber C to a subscriber A while the subscriber A to which the arrival of a call during its busy state is allowed is in busy with the subscriber B and when the subscriber B is subject to holding, a central controller 5 identifies it that a special number entered from the subscriber B is used for message recording service. The subscriber B is disconnected from the subscriber A and connected to a recorder 4, which records a message from the subscriber B. When the end of talking of the subscribers A, C is detected, the recorder 4 is started and it is commanded that the message recorded corresponding to the subscriber A is sent to the subscriber A.
