The message repeater 120 is provided with a message receiving part 122 for receiving a message received from a communication device, a relay information database 128 for storing a relay information for associating a relay address to be used to exchange messages between a plurality of communication devices with addresses of the plurality of communication devices for using the relay address to exchange the messages, a relay information acquisition part 126 for acquiring from the relay information database 128 relay information including a relay address coinciding with a transmission destination address of a message, a message rewriting part 132 for rewriting the transmission destination address and a transmission source address of the message on the basis of the relay information, and a message transmitting part 124 for transmitting a rewritten message to a transmission destination after rewriting the message.
