CONSTITUTION: This message recording/reproducing system of an exchange is provided with a first exchange 10 having a message sending device 13 transmitting recording discrimination information showing the incoming of message recording and recording information including a message and transmitting the recording information to a public network 101, and one or plural second exchanges 20 having a message recording/reproducing device 23 recording a message and reproducing the message. The exchange 20 forms a speech path repeating the message to the message recording/reproducing device 23 when the exchange 20 detects the recording information in the incoming signal from the public network 101.
