PURPOSE: To send a specific message from a callee to a specific caller by devis ing the circuit such that the specific message is able to be sent from the callee to the specific caller.

CONSTITUTION: When a request signal sending a message is sent from a callee to a caller, a voice transmission reception control circuit 151 receives and judges the request signal and starts again a response control circuit 121 to request the transmission of a password to the caller. The password sent from the caller is received and analyzed by a password recognition circuit 141 and when a number prepared by the callee and the password sent from the caller are coinci dent, a message transmission control circuit 142 is started and it sends a mes sage coincident with it and stored in a message storage circuit 143 is sent. Thus, a specific message is sent to a specific caller.
