As a result, the data collection section 101 acquires facility configuration information related to the sensor ID from the cache memory 104 and stores the acquired facility configuration information in a pre-analysis information storage DB 106 when the cache exists. The data collection section 101 acquires the facility configuration information related to the sensor ID from a facility configuration information DB 103 when the cache does not exist. Then, the data collection section 101 stores the acquired facility configuration information in the cache memory 104, creates a cache, and stores the facility configuration information related to the sensor ID in the pre-analysis information storage DB 106.
