A steel cradling 30 is formed in an approximate I-shaped in a cross section with a horizontal portion 31 extending to a horizontal direction and a vertical portion 32 extending to a vertical direction and connecting to the horizontal portion 31 by crushing a cylindrical member in which a synthetic resin sheet 33 having vibration absorbing ability is incorporated. The steel cradling 30 formed in this way can restrict vibration and apply as a cradling or others in a building with easy assembling work.
