Abstract:
To attain miniaturization and weight reduction of equipment provided with a metal bellows by enhancing the durability of the metal bellows.
The metal bellows formed of precipitation hardening stainless steel with crest parts and trough parts alternately and continuously formed, has an average crystal grain diameter of 10-15 μm, and compressive residual stress of 500 MPa or more is applied to at least the surface of the crest parts and trough parts by surface working.
