Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp system or a mechanism for opening and closing a pair of split molds in transverse directions and for combining the same by a clamp system, and a clamp system capable of easily performing the solidification with an apparatus body side and the reliable and firm assembly of the split molds.SOLUTION: A bulge working metal bellows molding mold comprises a mold body composed of a pair of split metal molds 25 and 26 enabled to open transversely. A hinged part is disposed at the lower end portion of the split metal molds. The split mold is clamped by a clamp plate of the upper end portion of the split metal mold, and is opened and closed and made extensible, when pulled transversely, and is molded when fixedly connected to the apparatus body side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
