Abstract:
To provide a metallic cap such that a liner held at a cap body although separated from the cap body can be formed through a series of operations of molding of the cap body and embossing of the liner.SOLUTION: A liner 3 of a metallic cap 1 has a two-layer structure of a barrier layer 20 on the side of a top surface wall 5 and a seal layer 21 on the inner side of a cap body 2, and has the barrier layer 20 bonded temporarily to the top surface wall 5 with a weak adhesive when the barrier layer 20 is molded, and peeled off the top surface wall 5 through natural cooling of the barrier layer after the molding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
