Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a metal ceramics joined body, having a high joining strength and excellent in denseness in joined parts.
CONSTITUTION: A ceramic joined body having a ceramic substrate 1 provided with pyramidal or conical protruding parts (1a) on a joining surface, a soft metallic unit 3 fixed through a brazing layer 4 to the above-mentioned ceramic substrate at the joining surface of a shape along the protruding parts and a metallic unit 2 fixed to the other surface of the soft metallic unit 3.
