Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make good use of a high temperature unburnt gas generated when a cutting oil deposited on metal chip or the like is vaporized or pyrolytically decomposed as a melting fuel and thereby contrive enhance energy saving.
SOLUTION: On the introduction side of metal chip M, a high temperature unburnt gas generated when an oil content or the like deposited on the metal chip M is vaporized or thermally decomposed, is arranged to be fed to a combustion chamber 12 by way of an unburnt fuel take-out pipe 13. A molten metal outlet 16 is provided at the lowest position of the melting chamber on the right side surface while a molten metal pot 17 is provided outside the molten metal outlet 16.
