PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal clip improving inserting work.
SOLUTION: In a metal clip 11 fixing a mounting member having a through hole and a shaft-shaped member, in a main unit 12, a U-shaped slit 13 is opened, in an outer edge of both side pieces 12a partitioning the U-shaped slit 13, by providing an elastic leg piece 14 pressing up the both side pieces 12a in a direction separating from a mounting member surface around the through hole, when the both side pieces 12a are inserted in a small diametric recessed groove of the shaft member, the both side pieces 12a can be inserted to be floated from the mounting member surface.
