Abstract:
To provide composite magnetic material capable of improving a DC superposition characteristic and a manufacturing method of a core.SOLUTION: Composite magnetic material is composite magnetic material obtained by mixing a magnetic powder with resin. The magnetic powder includes: a first magnetic powder; and a second magnetic powder a mean particle diameter of which is smaller than that of the first magnetic powder, and a resin power is made to adhere to a surface of the first magnetic powder. A manufacturing method of a core comprises: a first mixing step of adding the resin powder to the first magnetic powder and mixing them; a second mixing step of mixing a mixture obtained in the first mixing step with the second magnetic powder the mean particle diameter of which is smaller than that of the first magnetic powder; a third mixing step of adding the resin to the mixture obtained at the second mixing step for mixing; a molding step of molding the mixture obtained at the third mixing step by putting it into a prescribed container; and a hardening step of hardening the resin in a molding body obtained at the molding step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
