To obtain a fastening means which is non-magnetic, has similar linear expansion ratio with synthetic resin and is excellent in corrosion resistance with respect to a bolt made of metal compound material in which fluctuation of shaft force accompanied with fluctuation of a magnetic field and temperature is loosened by forming a reinforcing member in the shaft of diffused short fibers.
A metal compound material bolt 10 is prepared by integrating a shaft 12 with a bead 11 which is a low hexagonal column. The shaft 12 has a columnar part 14 and a male thread part 13. The shaft 12 is prepared by three-dimensionally diffusing a plurality of short fibers 22 and particles 23 in a matrix 21 as a mother material all over the bolt. Aluminum is used as material of the matrix 21, while alumina is used as material of the short fibers 22. The short fibers 22 are diffused and arranged in rondam directions in the matrix 21. A volmetric ratio of the short fibers 22 ranges between 7 and 40 percent with respect to the matrix 21.
