A moving blade piece 11 has a moving blade 23 and a grip portion 22 for the moving blade at both ends, respectively. A stationary blade piece 12 has a stationary blade 33 and a grip portion 32 for the stationary blade at both ends respectively. The moving blade piece 11 and stationary blade piece 12 are fitted turnably with a pivot 13 as a center at an intermediate part 24 between the moving blade 23 and the grip portion 22 for the moving blade and at an intermediate part 24 between the stationary blade 33 and the grip portion 32 for the stationary blade. The grip portion 22 for the moving blade and the grip portion 32 for the stationary blade are arranged more on sides of the moving blade 23 from the extension surface of a back side recessed surface 33b of the stationary blade 33. The stationary blade piece 12 is arranged such that a part on the side of the stationary blade 33 with respect to the extension surface of the back side recessed surface 33b of the stationary blade 33 is more on the side of the top 33a of the stationary blade 33 from the blade line 33c of the stationary blade 33 and a blade line extension.
