Abstract:

To provide a metal decorative member in which color of a colored pattern is stabilized and also light resistance is enhanced and quality is enhanced.

A transfer pattern is formed of pigment ink 14 on a transfer sheet coated with a mold release agent. The transfer sheet is overlapped on an ink receiving layer 13 formed on base material 1 and the transfer pattern is transferred. Thereby, a colored patttern 15 is formed on the ink receiving layer 13. Furthermore, a transparent resin layer 16 is provided on the ink receiving layer 13. The mold release agent is applied (sprayed) on the transfer sheet. For example, amino acid modified silicone or epoxy modified silicone or the like are used as the mold release agent. Thereafter, pigment ink is stuck on the transfer sheet by an ink-jet printer and the transfer pattern is formed.
