PURPOSE: To obtain a metal decorative panel good in bending processability and excellent in design effect by using a laminated sheet of an ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer film having a metal membrane formed thereon such as an aluminized film and a thermoplastic resin sheet composed of polyvinyl chloride or the like as decorative paper of the metal decorative panel.

CONSTITUTION: An anchor coat layer 12 composed of a two-pack type curable acrylic resin is formed on an ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer film 11 and an aluminum vacuum vapor deposition layer 13 is formed on the anchor coat layer 12 and a polyvinyl chloride sheet 15 is laminated to the layer 13 through a two-pack type curable urethane adhesive 14 to produce a decorative sheet 2. A metal panel 3 is laminated to the decorative sheet 2 through the adhesive 14 to produce a metal decorative panel 1.
