Abstract:
To obtain a metal fine particle production device which can more increase the production amount of metal fine particles, and to provide a hair care apparatus provided therewith.
The (counter part 3a) of a ground electrode 3 is formed so as to cover at least a part of (the tip part 2a) of a discharge electrode 2. In this way, the area of the ground electrode 3 corresponding to the discharge electrode 2 is easily increased to increase the concentration degree of an electric field to the discharge electrode 2, and the production amount of metal fine particles can be increased.
