Abstract:

To provide an installation method of a photovoltaic power generation module by which reliability of corrosion resistance is remarkably improved as entire support members by using members of high productivity.

When installing a photovoltaic power generation module including framework onto an architectural structure through support members made of a steel material, some of the support members are covered with a cover member which has a flange width of 5 mm or more for each crosspiece side width and is obtained by hat-shaped bending, such that rainwater from the photovoltaic power generation module flows down to a surface of the cover member. The cover member is obtained by bending a hot dip aluminized steel sheet in which an Al-based plating layer is formed with an adhesion amount of 20 g/m2 or more for each side, by passing a base stainless steel sheet through a bath of molten Al containing 0-12 mass% Si.
