A ceiling joist 10 is equipped with a primary fastener 11 mounted to the ceiling joist 10 in a slidable manner, an anchor 17 embedded in the rear side of stone 16 using a ceiling board as the front end section 17a and a pedestal 23 mounting the basic end section 17b of the anchor 17 thereto. A hardware having a secondary fastener 20 connected to the primary fastener 11 in an adjustable manner with a bolt 26 is used, and the stone 16 is mounted to the ceiling joist 10.
