CONSTITUTION: A metal fixture 14 consists of a metal body 16, movable clamp 18, and clamp vis 20. The metal body 16 has an U shape which is composed of a panel side fixing part 16a, clamping side fixing part 16b, and connecting part 16c between them, and the movable clamp 18 also has an U shape which is composed of an upper pushing part 18a, lower supporting part 18b, and connection part 18c between them, and this clamp is incorporated with the clamping side fixing part l6b to be able to move up and down. The upper pushing part 18a of the movable clamp 18 is provided with a stopper 18e which contacts with a vertical frame edge 30c of a top plate 6, and the connection part 16c of the metal body 16 is placed to the edge of the top plate 6, that is, the clamping direction of the connection part 16c and that of the stopper 18e meet at right angles, and a clamp vis 20 is tightened.
