Title:
METAL-KNITTED BURNER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3947514
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the assured ignition energy by preventing the failure in ignition with time.
SOLUTION: A combustion face 2 of this metal-knitted burner 1 is formed by knitting a heat-resisting metallic fiber 7, and a premixed gas 3 supplied to the combustion face 2 is ignited by electric discharge. A target member 31 as a target of the electric discharge is mounted along the combustion face 2, a tip 31a of the target member 31 is placed in opposition to a tip 32a of a discharging electrode 32, and a sheet suppressing part 33 is integrally mounted on the target member 31 for suppressing a surface part 2a near the electrode, of the combustion face 2.
