To provide a metal-laminated cylinder-head gasket in which permanent set in fatigue is inhibited from occurring in a seal bead by inhibiting by a simple means the bead from being completely buckled when the gasket is fixed and clamped down to a cylinder.
The metal-laminated gasket 1 formed by laminating a plurality of metal sheets including a metal base-sheet 11 and an auxiliary sheet 21. In the metal base-sheet 11, bores 12 are made, which correspond respectively to combustion-chamber holes, and seal beads 14 are formed in bore-seal parts 13 around the bores. Through holes 15 are made in the metal base-sheet 11. In the auxiliary sheet 21, parts corresponding to the respective bore-seal parts 13 of the metal base-sheet are cut off, and through holes 23 corresponding to the fluid holes are made. Thus, the thickness of the sheet in the bore-seal parts 13 of the metal base-sheet is made thinner than that of the laminated parts of the metal base-sheet 11 and the auxiliary sheet 21.
