Abstract:
The subject of the present invention is to provide a practical metal foil production apparatus capable of processing a concave curved surface relatively easily and reducing the influence of a residual stress as much as possible, so as to reduce a calibration cost. The solution is a, metal foil production apparatus which includes: an electrolytic bath (2) storing an electrolyte solution (1), and an electroplating tube (3) and an electrode plate (4), wherein the surface of the electrode plate (4) is configured to be a concave curved surface along an outer peripheral surface of the electroplating tube (3) opposite to the electrode plate. The electrode plate (4) is mounted to an electrode plate mounting body (5) arranged in the electrolytic bath (2). The electrode plate mounting body (5) is constituted by a plurality of rib bodies (6), wherein a front surface of which is concavely curved in the same manner as the concave curved surface of the electrode plate (4), and the rib bodies are arranged side by side at predetermined intervals. The front surface of each rib body (6) is configured to mount an electrode plate mounting surface (5') of the electrode plate (4).
