Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely perform in a molding method of a metal foil, softening treatment of the metal foil, and shorten a time required for the softening treatment.SOLUTION: A metal foil f is brought into contact with a hot plate 10, in a sheet-like flat form as it is so as to sequentially subject to softening treatment, and the metal foil f is pressed to a mold surface 21 of a female mold 20 by high-pressure air injected through air holes 11 of the hot plate 10 so as to achieve deep drawing molding. Unlike the case of winding a metal foil in a roll state or coil state and subjecting to softening treatment, even softening treatment can be surely achieved in a short time. The molding accuracy of the deep drawing molding is improved by pressing the metal foil f to the mold surface 21 of the female mold 20 without making a time interval between the softening treatment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
