To provide a metal like sheet having good brightness and three-dimensional moldability and excellent in solvent resistance, design properties, etc., and a metal like decorative material manufactured by laminating the metal like sheet on a base material.

The metal like sheet is constituted by providing a metal vapor deposition layer (B), which contains at least one kind of a component selected from tin, gold and indium, on the back of a transparent resin film (A) which is composed of a biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate based film (a-1) and an acrylic resin film (a-2) or a polycarbonate based resin film (a-3) and of which the back has the maximum height average Rtm of 0.1-2.0 m and a haze value of 0.1-4.0%. The metal like decorative material is constituted by laminating the metal like sheet to the base material.
