Abstract:
To provide a metal made stamper free from the occurrence of wrinkle or deformation around a fine recessed and projecting pattern.
The metal made stamper having the recessed and projecting pattern includes: a recessed and projecting pattern region where the recessed and projecting pattern comprising a fine structural unit is formed so as to a flat shape provided with a corner part; and a flat surface region arranged around the recessed and projecting pattern region. The corner part of the flat shape in the recessed and projecting pattern region is formed to have a blunt angle or a circular arc.
