Abstract:
To provide a metal mask for printing which enables printing of a high-definition pattern with successful precision and increasing of productivity of electrical components, and a manufacturing method of the metal mask for printing.
A coating film 21 of triazine containing fluorine is formed on the surface of mask bodies 2 and 13 made up of a plate-shape or reticulate metallic material, and a silane coupling agent with an oxirane group is coupled to a functional group 21a of the coating film 21. In addition, the coating film 21 is formed by electrochemical technique, and the coupling of the silane coupling agent is achieved by soaking the metal mask into a treatment liquid.
