PURPOSE: To stabilize a height of ink paste attached to a material to be printed (thickness of printing) by a method wherein a property of the ink paste for passing through an ink paste through hole is elevated by improving a sectional form of the ink paste through hole.
CONSTITUTION: An ink paste through hole 3 is formed in a form composed of a cylindrical hole part 4 formed almost normal to a mask thickness direction, a funnel like hole part 5 formed by interconnection in a divergently tapered form from one end of the cylindrical hole part 4 toward a squeegy applying surface 2a side of a mask substrate 2, and a reverse funnel like hole part 6 formed by interconnection in a divergently tapered form from the other end of the cylindrical hole part 4 toward a printing surface 2b side of the mask substrate 2.
