Abstract:
To provide a metal mold device capable of molding an antenna member having a plurality of cavity portions without encountering poor mold release.SOLUTION: A metal mold device, for molding an antenna member, has larger metal molds MD1, MD2 allowed to open and close and a smaller metal mold MD3 having a first slide part SL1 provided inside the larger metal molds and coupled to an outer drive unit to allow sliding, an angular cam 71 inclining toward one side in a slide direction and a second slide part SL2 allowed to slide toward one side in a second direction with respect to the first slide part SL1. The second slide part SL2 has a horn mold part 11M extending toward the other side in an intersecting direction with an opening/closing direction and inclination faces 71a, 71b inclining toward one side in the intersecting direction with the opening/closing direction contacting the angular cam 71 when the larger metal mold MD1 is opened/closed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
