PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal mold structure capable of extending the life of a metal mold by reducing load acting on a convex portion of the metal mold during plastic working.SOLUTION: A metal mold structure comprises a base section; and at least one working section protruding from the base section, and bores a hole in a working target by the working section, and the metal mold structure comprises the working section having a region in which a cross-sectional area of a cross-section closer to the base section out of two cross-sections perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the working section is smaller than a cross-sectional area of the cross-section farther from the base section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
