Abstract:
This metal nanoparticle dispersion contains a hydrocarbon-based solvent having a relative permittivity at room temperature of 2.6 or below, and alloy nanoparticles. The alloy nanoparticles contain gold and a metal having a self-diffusion coefficient lower than that of gold. At least a part of the surfaces of the alloy nanoparticles is modified by an organic compound provided with a group that has affinity to the hydrocarbon-based solvent. The water content of the alloy nanoparticles is 600 mass ppm or below.
