Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a metal oxide material easily undergoing conversion into a single phase and the control of characteristics and a method for producing the metal oxide material and to provide a metal oxide material having-such a high superconducting critical temp. as about ≥50K and a method for producing the metal oxide material.
CONSTITUTION: The objective metal oxide material has a compsn. represented by a formula LnaCabSrcBadCu2e-hMhO6+fCg (where a+b+c+d=3, 0.2≤a≤0.8, 0.2≤b≤1.0, 0.3≤c≤2.2, 0≤d≤1.7, 0≤e≤0.8, 0≤h≤0.2, 0<f≤2.0, 0.2 ≤g≤1.0, Ln is an atomic group or at least one kind of element selected among Y and lanthanoids and M is an atomic group or an atom at least one kind of element selected among Al, Si, Ti, V, Cr, Fe, Co, Ga, Ge and Pt).
