Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal particle-dispersed oxide in which a metal particle is deposited uniformly on the surface of a metal oxide particle in high density and which has high strength.
SOLUTION: This metal particle-dispersed oxide has the metal oxide particle consisting of a solid solution phase of a reducing metal oxide and a hard-to-reduce metal oxide, the surface metal particle deposited on the surface of the metal oxide particle, and the internal metal oxide particle deposited inside the metal oxide particle. The volume rate of the internal metal particle is ≥0.01% and ≤1%.
