Abstract:
To provide a metal paste optimal for a conductive resin end face paste, having sufficient strength and electric conductivity for an end face electrode.SOLUTION: A metal paste includes: metal powder; an epoxy resin, a curing agent and a curing accelerator; and a modified urea resin. The epoxy resin is a bifunctional epoxy resin in which an epoxy group is introduced to a terminal of the structural formula of the epoxy resin.
