PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save an attach/detach work labour while securing a sealing performance being equivalent to the conventional one.
SOLUTION: This device is a fluid pressure bulging device for carrying out a swell processing of a pipe by combining a molding inner pressure arising from a processing liquid in the pipe and the axial direction compression of the pipe. On the tip face of a shaft pressure piston 3a, 4a of a shaft pressing device being arranged at both sides of the pipe to be set at the bottom die, an insertion hole 3ab, 4ab, and an engaging convex part 3ac, 4ac are formed on a transverse U shape lip packing 13 which covers a peripheral side of the liquid flow path 3aa, 4aa. At the base end side of the shaft pressing tools 8, 9 to be attached with the tip end of the shaft pressing piston 3a, 4a, an engaging concave part 8b, 9b which is engaged with an engaging convex part 3ac, 4ac is installed. When the shaft pressing tools 8, 9 are connected with the shaft pressing pistons 3a, 4a, the tools 8, 9 are moved parallely to a lip packing 13 sealing face being set in the insertion holes 3ab, 4ab of the shaft pressing piston 3a, 4a. By doing so, a bolt fastening work can be eliminated, resulting in reduction of connecting work.
