To provide a metal plate connector joint structure for suppressing a metal plate connector from rising, and to provide a construction method of the structure and a method for manufacturing a metal plate connector.
The metal plate connector joint structure 1 joins plate materials 2 with each other by disposing a metal plate connector having a plurality of claw portions 32 formed by cutting and raising a predetermined plurality of portions in a metal plate, across a joining portions 22 of the plate materials 2. The claw portions 32 are pressed into the plate material 2 near the joining portion 22, and the metal plate connector 3 is adhered to the plate material 2 with an adhesive 4. A coating film 41 of the adhesive 4 is formed beforehand on the surface of the plurality of claw portions 32 of the metal plate connector 3. The coating film 41 is formed by reserving the adhesive 4 in a container, the adhesive being adjusted to have a viscosity of 100 mPa s/20°C or more and 250 mPa s/20°C or less, dipping the plurality of claw portions 32 into the adhesive 4, and then taking out from the adhesive.
