Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently change the clamping position of either work clamper at high speed with high response during a work to regulate intervals of plural work clampers in response to the change in size of a metal plate and during a series of machining works.
SOLUTION: An x-axis guide is provided on an x-axis moving base 39 which is movable in the y-axis direction, an x-axis stator 45 of an x-axis linear motor 43 is provided on the x-axis moving base 39, plural x-axis needles 47L, 47R of the x-axis linear motor 43 are guided and supported by the x-axis guide movably in the x-axis direction, comparison parts to output the deviations of the x-axis command values of the x-axis needles 47L (47R) and the detected values by the corresponding x-axis position sensors 51L (51R) to the x-axis needles 47L (47R) are provided, and work clampers 63L (63R) are provided respectively on the x-axis needles 47L (47R).
